Customer Service Representative

Mississippi Urology Clinic - Jackson / Flowood, MS has an immediate need for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team!‍

The Medical Office Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physicians. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients.
• Record Management.
• Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, patient arrival instructions, intake form, etc.)
• Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
• Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads.

Experience / Skills:

• Office Admin experience, 1 year required
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Call/Contact center or other high call volume experience
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
