Dr. Blalock, a Columbus, Mississippi native, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University before completing his medical degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He went on to complete his surgery internship, surgery residency, and urology residency at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. In 2001, Dr. Blalock joined Mississippi Urology Clinic, and he is certified by the American Board of Urology.

Dr. Blalock is a member of the American Medical Association, American Urological Association, and Mississippi State Medical Association. Dr. Blalock’s hospital privileges include Baptist Medical Center, River Oaks Hospital, and The Women’s Hospital.
